Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join one of our clients on a temporary basis, supporting the finance team across a range of accounting activities.
Youll be responsible for assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, managing expenses, and supporting finance operations across the department. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT literacy and an interest in developing their finance experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Description
* Provide day-to-day support to the accounts team across both payable and receivable functions
* Assist with managing employee expenses - particularly service engineers - including reviewing receipts, validating claims, and ensuring VAT compliance
* Support the finance team with general accounting administration
* Input and maintain data within the ERP system
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general finance administration
* Strong IT literacy with a good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems (ERP experience desirable)
* Understanding of expense processes and VAT reclaiming
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
