The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Content Creator with a strong background in professional content creation in either retail, lifestyle or luxury environments. You will be responsible for bringing our brand stories to life across all digital platforms — capturing everything from mouth-watering dishes to behind-the-scenes moments and cultural activations. This is not your standard content role — you'll be shaping a distinctive visual language that reflects our values of craftsmanship, timelessness, and innovation. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering content that aligns with the creative vision of Permanently Unique Group and its brands. You will ensure that all visual and written content reflects our identity, engages our communities, and drives awareness, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

People

* Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure brand alignment across all content.
* Support internal teams by creating engaging content for recruitment, training, and internal communications.
* Work with external partners (photographers, videographers, agencies, influencers) to deliver best-in-class content

Profit

* Develop content strategies that support sales-driving campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
* Support the marketing team with compelling creative assets for paid social, email marketing, and partnerships.
* Identify opportunities to optimise content for ROI and strengthen brand positioning in competitive markets.

Process

* Own the content calendar for Permanently Unique Group and its brands, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
* Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring tone of voice, style, and design align with guidelines.
* Manage digital asset libraries to ensure efficient use and reuse of content.
* Ensure content production is delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

Promotion

* Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, and campaigns.
* Develop storytelling concepts that bring brand narratives to life and engage target audiences.
* Support influencer and PR campaigns with creative content to maximise exposure.
* Drive social media growth by creating innovative, trend-led content tailored to each platform.

Product

* Showcase the distinct personality, quality, and experience of each restaurant brand through content.
* Develop product-focused content that highlights menu innovation, dining experiences, and brand culture.
* Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to translate new launches and seasonal menus into visual campaigns.
* Ensure all content communicates the premium, unique positioning of Tattu, Fenix, and Louis.

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience in content creation, ideally within retail, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling across photography, videography, and copywriting.
* Proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, etc.).
* Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
* A passion for food, drink, culture, and storytelling.
* Detail-obsessed, with a strong eye for composition, light, and texture.
* Deep knowledge of social-first video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and best practices.
* Proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, etc.).
* Comfortable using both iPhone and professional video equipment, and confident in knowing when to use each (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio gear)

This is a hybrid role based in our HQ in Manchester City Centre, with regular travel to site for shoots, and some home working.
