I am working with a well-established New Homes Developer who is looking to bring in an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in Nottinghamshire. Working hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm
The Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. You will be the face of the development, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting viewings and presenting the development to potential purchasers
* Managing enquiries and converting leads into reservations
* Building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors and mortgage brokers
* Maintaining the sales database and ensuring all administration is up to date
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Upselling specification upgrades and optional extras
* Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented to the highest standard
* Providing regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in New Homes Sales or property sales
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Target driven with a proven ability to close deals
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport quickly with buyers
* Full UK driving licence
