Overview

Shift Pattern
09:00 to 17:00
Responsibilities
* Deliver Dermatology care in one of three sectors serving the Glasgow population.
* Work with consultant colleagues across GGC, supported by a team of non‑consultant grade medical staff and specialist nurses.
* Participate in the West of Scotland training rotation for Dermatology and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training with Glasgow University.
* Explore time within your job plan for specialist services as offered by NHSGGC Dermatology.
* Use SPA time and the supportive CPD programme to support core SPA; interest in service improvement and innovation encouraged and supported by SPA time.
* Commit to participate in the out of hours on‑call rota.
Qualifications
* Appropriately experienced/qualified in the speciality.
* Fully registered with the GMC and have a valid licence to practise.
* If trained in the UK, evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or eligibility for specialist registration (CESR) or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from the date of interview.
* Non‑UK applicants must demonstrate equivalent training.
