*Overview Of The Position*
We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic warehouse operative to join our team in Mallusk. As a Production Operative you will be part of a skilled team making high quality doors for the construction and service industries. This role is permanent, full-time and reports to the Production Supervisor. Salary Negotiable.
*Responsibilities:*
* Operate required hand tools, set and run a variety of machines within the Production Manufacturing departments
* Complete all paperwork in line with Quality Management Systems
* Pick and pack orders
* Work efficiently & effectively as part of a team
* Maintain strong levels of communication between yourself and managers / supervisors
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Maintain high levels of health and safety standards
* Adhere to all company policies
* Perform any reasonable requests from manager / supervisor

Previous warehouse experience would be desirable.

* Previous manufacturing experience
* Attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and determination
* High degree of initiative and self-motivation
* Flexibility and willingness to work some evenings and weekends
* Must be a team player
