The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the influencer strategy and execution for a global luxury client. You'll be responsible for identifying, managing, and activating high-quality influencer partnerships across global campaigns and in-person experiences.

You’ll manage influencer budgets, own end-to-end influencer relationships, and play a pivotal role in both content planning and on-the-ground event execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with flawless execution skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with talent, clients, and collaborators alike.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the influencer strategy and relationship management for a leading luxury client.
* Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns—from sourcing talent to activation, content delivery, and performance tracking.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with top-tier influencers, agents, and talent managers around the world.
* Maintain and manage influencer budgets, ensuring all campaigns are commercially sound and deliver strong ROI.
* Identify culturally relevant influencers to attend high-profile international events and experiences.
* Represent WePlay and the client at global events—overseeing influencer attendance, performance, and on-site coordination.
* Collaborate with the client team to ensure influencer content aligns with brand objectives and social strategy.
* Work closely with the creative, strategy, and content teams to ensure influencer outputs are cohesive, seamless, and high-performing.
* Act as the main point of contact for influencer-related updates, reporting, and recommendations to the client.
* Monitor industry trends, emerging talent, and platform updates to keep campaigns fresh and forward-thinking.

About You

* 5+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally in luxury fashion, lifestyle, or premium events.
* Proven experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns with complex budgets.
* A black book of influencer and agent contacts, with a knack for finding talent that fits both brand values and campaign goals.
* Exceptional emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills—you thrive at a high level with talent, clients, and internal teams.
* Experience activating influencer presence at events or on-site shoots, with the confidence to represent the brand in global settings.
* Strategic mindset with strong understanding of content performance and how influencers can drive measurable results.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present ideas and updates clearly and persuasively.
* Calm under pressure and highly organised, with experience juggling multiple timelines and stakeholders.
* A passion for sport of any kind.
* The flexibility to travel to global events.
