Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented part-time Recruitment Coordinator to support our HR team within a fast-growing social media startup.
In this role, you will play a key part in the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to daily operations and offboarding. You will help the team manage high-volume recruitment activities and ensure our staff records and timekeeping systems are maintained to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR operations and thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support end-to-end recruitment, including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and coordinating initial screenings.
* Assist with the administrative processes for new joiners to ensure a smooth transition and manage the offboarding flow for leavers.
* Maintain and update the Staff List and employee database with high levels of accuracy.
* Monitor daily attendance records and manage leave requests to ensure smooth payroll support and compliance.
* Ensure interview feedback and evaluation forms are collected and archived correctly.
* Provide administrative assistance for daily HR operations and support ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
* Currently studying towards or a graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
* Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition; prior internship experience is a plus.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Ability to commit to 20 hours per week
