The role is vital as it helps integrate our major marketing functions, enhancing our search performance. As part of the Equator Marketing team, you'll support the development and execution of search marketing strategies for our clients, overseeing campaigns to meet industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain high client satisfaction and retention by planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns.
* Conduct audits of search campaigns to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
* Deliver effective strategies for key accounts, including competitor analysis.
* Manage budgets across channels, coordinating internally and externally.
* Regularly optimize campaigns and suggest improvements to boost visibility and engagement.
* Set and ensure achievement of achievable, engaging client targets.
* Support the client services team, acting as an escalation point and assisting with campaign strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and communicate these through presentations, case studies, blogs, and emails.
* Embrace innovative ideas to meet client needs and position ourselves as a leading digital agency.
* Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in Search, with knowledge of PPC and SEO working together.
* Experience managing and motivating a team.
* Track record of delivering successful Search campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large data sets.
* Proactive and forward-thinking mindset.
* Excellent rapport-building skills with clients and colleagues.
