Job Description
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial crime frameworks, policies, and procedures.
* Monitor and assess financial crime risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct investigations into suspected financial crime activities and provide detailed reporting.
* Advise senior management on financial crime matters and recommend appropriate actions.
* Support the delivery of training programmes to enhance awareness of financial crime risks across the organisation.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external regulators to address compliance concerns.
* Review and update the organisation's financial crime risk assessments regularly.
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports related to financial crime.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Crime Manager should have:
* Strong knowledge of financial crime regulations and risk management in the financial services industry.
* Experience in developing and implementing 2nd Line Advisory across Financial Crime Compliance frameworks and policies.
