Trackway Installer / Crew Operative
Pay: From £14.00 per hour, 1.5x times after 45 hours, 2x times on Sundays
Location: Oxfordshire (UK-wide travel required)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for Trackway Installer Crew Operatives to join a busy and expanding operations team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role involving the installation and recovery of specialist trackway systems across a wide range of industries throughout the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Assisting with the installation and removal of trackway systems on sites across the UK
2. Working closely with drivers and plant operators as part of a team
3. Operating equipment (including cranes, where trained)
4. Using hand tools to secure and prepare materials for transport
5. Following precise instructions to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
6. Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures
7. Supporting site operations in a variety of sectors including construction, utilities, events, and infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
8. Full UK Driving Licence
9. CSCS card desirable (training can be provide)
10. Ability to work away from home Monday–Friday across the UK
11. Willingness to work flexible hours (including occasional nights and weekends)
12. Strong teamwork and communication skills
13. Reliable, motivated, and able to use initiative
14. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
15. Basic knowledge of hand tools
16. Experience in construction or utilities (desirable but not essential)
