* Carrying out all air, shipping and road export or import administration operational tasks
* Handling customer order requests efficiently and setting up details on computer system
* Completing all types of customs paperwork for both import and export shipments
* Working closely with the Warehouse and Transport Departments to co-ordinate the despatch of orders
* Ensuring financial processes are followed and raising client invoices prior to despatch
* Pro-actively promoting and demonstrating excellent customer service at all times
