We have a great opportunity for a CAD Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Produce the organisation's 2‑Dimensional Pictorial Estate Plans, Title Number Drawings and Property Schedules, ensuring they are accurately mapped to the organisation's Land Registry Titles and adhere to strict procedures.
* Maintain the drawing archives so that Clarion holds a comprehensive catalogue of completed scheme drawings.
Qualifications
* Hold a recognised CAD qualification.
* Have sound working knowledge and practical experience of AutoCAD 2018 or above.
