To provide support to the elénzia team for social media and content creation. Working as a crucial part of the company, the successful candidate will support the creation and implementation of delivering the B2B and B2C marketing strategy.
DUTIES
Content creation (graphic design, UGC, copy writing) - Daily: 60%
Influencer outreach & external communications - Monthly: 15%
Product/brand training - Monthly: 5%
ABILITIES
Scheduling content across all social media platforms under the elénzia portfolio for both B2B (elénzia Professional) and B2C (elénzia Life) including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
Make regular posts across all platforms as per the brand KPIs
Content creation: graphic design, photo editing, video editing, video creation, outsourcing user generated content
Write content briefs for team content days and influencers/UGC
Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithms
Plan and organise content as per agreed campaigns, trends and overall social media strategy
Influencer outreach for content generation, increased brand awareness and sales
Analyse brand social media performance and report analytics to the Digital Marketing Manager
Upload blog content and images to the websites (using Wordpress)
Support the Digital Marketing Manager with other activities such as email marketing, events and external communication with third parties.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ideally has previously used Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud programs
Previous graphic design and social media experience
Excellent digital and social media skill set
Creative, innovative thinker with an eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Clear and concise written skills
Ability to understand analytics and reporting
Ability to prioritise and work efficiently
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to use own initiative
Must have a positive “can do” attitude!
