Guest Krieger Ltd is a long-established, independent, specialist Lloyd’s insurance broker dedicated to getting the best solutions for its clients. We are seeking an Insurance Technician (Junior) to join our broking team in London and play a key role delivering accurate technical support and first-class client service. What you’ll be doing Support the non-marine broking team with technical and administrative tasks. Respond to client, insurer, and third-party enquiries professionally and promptly. Prepare slips, endorsements, and tax schedules using Brokasure Enterprise and TMF. Learn to process and track documentation on the PPL system. Produce evidence of cover, contract amendments, invoices, and premium adjustments. Ensure contract certainty and compliance with FCA deadlines. Communicate with insurers and third parties to progress client needs. Peer review formal documents prior to client issue. Keep up to date with regulatory changes and market developments. Assist with multinational accounts. What we’re looking for Basic knowledge of the insurance industry desirable; ideally some London Market knowledge Experience of Financial Lines covers is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage and track workload efficiently. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Basic Microsoft Office skills. A-levels or equivalent.
