What will I be doing?
* First responder to incoming enquiries from clients and acting as first response for the office email ticketing system on Microsoft Outlook. This will involve triaging phone calls and ticketed emails to the relevant team member.
* Become a “superuser” on Mandata – transport management software – inputting jobs, managing routings and handling daily operations for haulage and distribution to ensure smooth business operations.
* Maintain and organise the digital filing system on their internal bespoke filing system.
* Booking jobs, updating customers and internal databases using TPN Connect, to ensure all information logged is up‑to‑date both internally and externally.
* Monitor tracking of vehicles and updating route plans with any changes on Mandata and TPN Connect, ensuring accurate updates and visibility to customers.
* Using Microsoft Excel to input and update data to internal spreadsheets, ensuring accurate information and efficient cross‑communication between teams and drivers.
* Act as a link with the Haulage team to process documents in a timely manner to ensure efficient workflow.
