Here's how you can effectively execute your multi-faceted role: Responsibilities: Platform Development Leadership: Lead the development of future platforms for the semiconductor dry pump business. Set a clear vision for innovation and differentiation, aligning with market strategies, and driving the execution of platform development projects. Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure alignment with various stakeholders including sector marketing teams, customer centers, core technology experts, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate closely to gather insights, address share gaps, and incorporate service division strategies into platform development. Product Roadmap Ownership: Take ownership of the product roadmap for future platforms. Define clear deliverables, release dates, value propositions, and core technology goals to guide the development process and ensure alignment with business objectives. Interface Management: Manage interfaces between product management, core technology teams, market sector teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Facilitate regular alignment meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that platform development efforts are focused on addressing critical customer problems. Voice of Customer Program: Implement and oversee a continuous Voice of Customer (VOC) program to gather feedback from global customers and customer centers. Analyze and quantify customer problems to inform product development priorities and ensure that future platforms meet customer needs effectively. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure effective communication of value propositions and support global deployment of future platforms. Align messaging and positioning with market trends and customer needs to drive successful product launches and adoption. Performance Management: Monitor and track the performance of future platforms against revenue, margin, and market share targets. Take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets and drive continuous improvement in platform performance. Skills: Excellent product management skills - experience of deriving complex multi-generational platform roadmaps from complex sets of customer needs. Understanding and experience of the semiconductor industry and/or dry pumps is highly desirable. Experience of high technology product or service markets is a must. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and derive customer problems and needs from face-to-face voice of customer activities. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and influence upwards and downwards. Self-reliance and the ability to take initiative and drive change in an organization. Strong time management skills. Qualifications/Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in either engineering or marketing, or relevant experience in lieu of academic/professional qualifications. Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English is essential. A second Asian language would be a benefit. Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years' related experience.
