Payroll Administrator – Buckinghamshire – £30k-£35k

The Role:
* Run weekly and monthly payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
* Manage CIS returns and CIS suffered.
* Handle pension administration (auto-enrolment uploads, redeclarations).
* Process statutory payments and benefits in kind.
* Communicate with HMRC to resolve queries.
* Maintain strong client relationships and handle daily queries.
* Manage billing and debt chasing.
About You:
* 4 years’ payroll experience within an accountancy practice.
* Knowledge of BrightPay software preferred.
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation, statutory payments, tax rules, NI, and pensions.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve inconsistencies.
* Professional communicator with strong client service skills.
