We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Building Supervisor/Yard Person/Storespersonat our West Thurrock Laboratory. This is a critical role within our operation, supporting the safe and efficient running of our laboratories. You will oversee maintenance and facilities management across the building, as well as the organisation and control of sample storage, gas cylinders and replacements, and waste management for all laboratory areas.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive Building Supervisor/Yard Person with proven experience in overseeing daily building operations, including maintenance and facilities management. A solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential.

1. Good verbal and communication skills
2. Fully UK Driving licence

5. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance
