As a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Head of School (HoS) and Management Support Officer in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Cultures, based in The School of Languages, Cultures and Societies (LCS), you will work closely with the HoS, Deputy School Manager, and School MASS team. Your focus will be on ensuring operational effectiveness, aligned with the School, Faculty, and University strategies and KPIs. You will be part of the School and Faculty MASS (Management Administration Support Service) team, as well as the wider Operations team within the University, aiming to continually improve management support approaches across this large and diverse organization. You will join a warm, welcoming team of like-minded colleagues committed to learning, development, and service growth. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to Faculty strategic initiatives.
