Your new roleAs a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing HR documentation such as contracts and letters, and supporting recruitment activities including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates. You will also respond to HR-related queries, ensurepliance with policies and procedures, and help maintain HR systems and databases.T
This is a temporary role requiring someone who can quickly integrate into the team and deliver a high level of administrative support.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Previous experience working within an HR administrative role
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal
4. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
6. A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
7. Availability to start at short notice or immediately
CIPD qualification or working towards one would be advantageous but is not essential.
