We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our in-house client on a full-time, permanent basis. Established for over 60 years and employing more than 1,600 people nationwide, this organisation offers a supportive, award-winning working environment.
Duties:
* Manage 4–5 management referrals per day.
* Conduct pre-employment health assessments, health surveillance, and fitness for work assessments.
* Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on occupational health issues.
* Develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives.
* Deliver health promotion activities.
Criteria:
* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
* Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health Nursing.
* Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel for meetings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and remotely.
Salary & Benefits:
* Up to £46,111 per annum.
