This is a part time position (working during the week with some Saturday working).
As our Retail Assistant, you will be expected to create an exceptional customer experience while selling our market-leading products across the OTC, Skincare and Toiletry departments and serving all our customers in a friendly and highly professional manner.
Responsibilities
* To provide retail customers and patients with excellent customer service
* Take in and hand out prescriptions to patients
* Advise on the best over the counter medication suitable for patients needs
* Provide an attentive service to our retail customers by listening to their needs and recommending suitable products
* Responsible for shop area - maintain stock levels, stock rotation, ordering etc.
* Maintain a clean & tidy work environment
* Maintain and expand product knowledge
Your Skills & Experience
* Retail experience preferred
* Previous pharmacy experience preferred but not essential
* Effective communicator with experience in a customer facing environment
* Confidence to recommend suitable products
* Professionalism - in appearance, communication and attitude
* A team player ready to support the team
Relevant experience will be considered.
