The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrator to support our team and company directors ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This office-based role is key in helping us stay efficient, professional, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
* Act as the first point of contact for inquiries (phone, email, or in person)
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
* Support HR, finance, and management teams with administrative needs
* Assist with planning meetings, events, and travel arrangements
* Ensure company supplies and resources are well-stocked, organized and ordered
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The role will require the successful candidate to work in person within the office environment, 24 hours per week across 4/5 days, all year round.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
