What you will do
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations within the MASH, ensuring high-quality service
* Supervise and support team members to effectively safeguard vulnerable individuals
* Collaborate with multiple agencies to enhance information sharing and decision making
* Implement and monitor performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement
* Engage with stakeholders, including families, children, and adults, to foster positive outcomes
* Ensure legal compliance and adherence to safeguarding policies
* Conduct case audits and provide constructive feedback to your team
* Develop strategies to improve service delivery and reflect best practices
Requirements of the Assistant Team Manager
* A degree or equivalent qualification in social work
* Current registration with Social Work England
* Significant recent managerial experience, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager
* Extensive frontline experience in Adults or Children’s Services, particularly in a managerial role
