A global, technology-focused management consulting firm is undergoing a major AI-led transformation. As part of a clearly defined growth strategy, the organisation is embedding AI and Data as a core capability amplifier across Research, Consulting and client delivery.
We are seeking a Copilot Architect to lead the productionisation of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise and design the firm's long-term AI-enabled knowledge architecture.
The Role
This is a hands-on architecture and delivery role within a professional services environment.
You will:
Lead enterprise rollout and productionisation of Microsoft Copilot
Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) grounding strategies across research, consulting outputs and structured data
Configure and optimise Microsoft Graph connectors (including SQL and enterprise systems)
Architect enterprise search verticals, ranking models and result optimisation
Redesign and optimise Microsoft SharePoint Information Architecture, taxonomy and metadata governance
Configure and tune Microsoft Syntex / Content AI models
Connect Copilot to structured KPIs and SQL sources via Graph/API integrations
Work within Azure DevOps and Agile delivery frameworks
Ensure secure, permission-aware and governance-aligned AI deployment

Required Experience
Proven experience productionising Microsoft 365 Copilot in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
Deep SharePoint configuration expertise (IA, taxonomy, metadata schema)
Experience connecting Copilot to SQL and structured data sources
Strong Azure background (AI services, Azure SQL, APIs, identity, governance)
Azure DevOps & Agile delivery experience
Secure AI architecture understanding (permission-aware, auditable design)
Strong business analysis capability — able to get to the root of the problem
Excellent stakeholder engagement across multiple seniority levels
