For our business, for clients, and for you Key Responsibilities: Configuring Compensation Plans: Customize and maintain compensation plans, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives. Managing Benefits: Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Analyzing Compensation Data: Use data to analyze and make informed decisions about compensation and benefits. Collaborating with HR Teams: Work closely with HR teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals. Providing End-User Support: Offer support and training to end-users during implementation and post-implementation phases. Conducting Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of compensation and benefits data. Qualifications: Education: Human resources, finance Experience: Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably with Workday. Skills: Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Workday configuration tools. Certifications: Workday compensation and benefits certification is preferred.
