We are looking for an Employee Benefits Project Manager / Consultant to work for a large banking client on a 6 months contract.
The role would focus on delivering changes to their benefits and rewards schemes across multiple global jurisdictions.
As a result we are looking for experience in the following areas:
* Strong benefits / reward management experience
* Knowledge of international pensions across EMEA, APAC etc (preferred)
* Proven project management experience, delivering changes through full lifecycle, tracking risks/issues/milestones etc and be able to work autonomously with minimal direction
* Good Excel skills
This is based in London and will require 3-4 days in the office each week and will be working through an Umbrella company.
