Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality support to children, young people, and families, promoting personal, social, and educational development.
* Identify and support vulnerable children to achieve safety, stability, and long‑term positive outcomes.
* Motivate and empower families to engage in change, including managing challenging behaviours.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience working with children, young people, and families facing emotional or practical difficulties.
* Strong report writing skills, including court documentation.
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and provide guidance to partner agencies.
* Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Sound understanding of safeguarding procedures.
* Proficient in IT systems and tools.
