Location: Yorkshire | Experience: 5-9 years PQE

This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of commercial property matters while building strong client relationships and contributing to a thriving practice. Regular access to a car would be beneficial for client and site visits.
What We’re Looking For
* 5-9 years PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong background in advising on a wide range of commercial transactions
* Excellent client care, with the ability to understand and support diverse client needs
* Confident managing your own varied caseload
* Skilled at developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Great communicator – personable, professional, and approachable
* Ability to support and mentor colleagues within the team
* Strong commercial awareness and practical problem-solving skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
A Law degree (or equivalent qualification) is preferred.
