Whether you’re an experienced midweight ready to step up, or already managing design workstreams, this is a chance to grow your influence within a supportive, ambitious team.</p><h3>About the role</h3><p>You’ll be responsible for leading or contributing to the design and delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. That includes:</p><p>Developing creative concepts and space plans that meet client needs and brief</p><p>Producing presentation packs, mood boards and visuals that win hearts and minds</p><p>Coordinating design packages and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and deliverability</p><p>Applying knowledge of current UK building regulations and compliance requirements</p><p>Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams across the project lifecycle</p><p>Supporting pitches and proposals, often in collaboration with sales and marketing</p><p>Exploring and applying new technologies, such as AI, to drive design innovation and project efficiency</p><p>This is a varied role where creativity meets commercial reality, with plenty of scope to grow in responsibility and confidence.</p><h3>What you’ll bring</h3><p>3+ years experience in commercial office design and fit-out</p><p>Strong space planning and visual presentation skills</p><p>Familiarity with UK building regulations and how they apply to workplace projects</p><p>Competence in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (SketchUp or Revit a bonus)</p><p>Comfortable communicating with clients and guiding them through the design process</p><p>Organised, detail-driven and able to manage time and priorities effectively</p><p>A proactive, collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and improve</p><p>Curiosity around new tools, including AI, and how they can support better design and commercial outcomes</p><h3>Working with Kerr</h3><p>We’re Kerr Office Group, a business built on strong values and doing the right thing.</p><p>With a focus on creating innovative workspaces that people love, we provide workspace strategy, design, fit-out, and furniture services.
