You'll be expected to analyse and document trading processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to mitigate risks.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAnalyse and document trading processes and controls to identify areas for improvement.\nDevelop and implement strategies to enhance trading controls and mitigate risks.\nProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.\nCollaborate in designing and implementing Management Information dashboards showing risk KPIs.\nWork closely with Trading, Risk Management, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.\nPresent complex data clearly to senior management, aiding in informed decision-making.\nSupport the QA, testing, and delivery of changes, ensuring smooth transitions.Your Skills & Experience:\n\nDegree level education or equivalent experience; industry-recognised BA qualification is a plus.\nExtensive experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of banking and capital markets.\nProven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and build strong relationships.\nDemonstrable analytical and evaluative skills, with a focus on process improvement.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Specialist Technical Skills:\n\nIn-depth knowledge of transactions controls and risk management processes.\nProven experience in business process analysis and documentation.\nProficiency in typical BA software products and systems.If you are a forward-thinking, innovative professional ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!\n\nHow to Apply:\nCandidates must demonstrate the relevant experience in their CV to be considered.
