You'll work closely with the senior team, contributing to the creation and delivery of a unique fixed menu. If you're a dedicated chef with a passion for the finest ingredients and innovative cooking, we'd love to hear from you. What we're looking for in Sous Chef candidates: A minimum of 1 years experience as Sous Chef within a Michelin-starred restaurant (Or equivalent)
Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
