Hullabaloo is a fast-growing, TikTok-specialist agency working with brands and creators to drive growth through LIVE and social commerce. We are trusted by TikTok to deliver and host some of their largest LIVE streams and activations, and we run a rapidly growing TikTok LIVE creator network.
We are registered as a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), Creator Agency Partner (CAP), and TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP). As more brands look to enter TikTok Shop, we are building out our capability to support them end-to-end — from setup and onboarding through to creator activation and live trading.
We are now looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop Manager to join us on a three-month contract to help service brands, activate TikTok Shop campaigns, and put the foundations in place for a scalable TikTok Shop offering.
About the role
You will work closely with Hullabaloo’s leadership team, brand partners, and creator teams to help deliver TikTok Shop activity from the ground up. This is a practical role focused on execution, coordination, and making things work day to day.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting brand onboarding into TikTok Shop, including setup, binding, and campaign preparation
• Acting as a day-to-day support for brands entering TikTok Shop with Hullabaloo
• Helping translate brand goals into clear TikTok Shop and creator-led execution plans
• Supporting creator and affiliate activation against brand campaigns
• Coordinating creator seeding, content output, and basic GMV and performance tracking
• Helping define and document repeatable workflows for servicing TikTok Shop brands
• Staying up to date on TikTok Shop tools, mechanics, and best practice
• Feeding insights back into the team on performance, learnings, and optimisation opportunities
This role will involve a mix of brand servicing, coordination, and hands-on delivery.
About you
This role suits someone mid-career who has experience working with brands and creators in a TikTok Shop or social commerce environment and is happy to get stuck into the detail.
You are likely to have:
• Experience supporting brands within TikTok Shop, creator commerce, or affiliate-led campaigns
• A strong understanding of TikTok content formats and what drives conversion
• Experience coordinating creators or managing creator output against brand objectives
• A working knowledge of GMV, incentives, and performance metrics
• A proactive, organised approach and ability to work independently
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, agency-style environment
Experience working with agencies, creator networks, or e-commerce brands is a plus.
