Join Us as a Shift Manager
Become part of a team that prioritizes our customers. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop in the absence of the Store Manager, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure customers have a fantastic experience whether they shop in-store or online.
Typical responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Preparing products such as sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Maintaining fully stocked displays with a variety of options.
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable.

About You
You should be reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, you value diversity.
