P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team in Great Yarmouth on a full time, permanent basis.
Our client is looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join their Customer Service team. Their Head of Customer Experience will facilitate on-site training to prepare the successful candidate to provide exceptional service to their new and existing customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle customer Enquiries via phone and email, in a prompt and friendly manner.
* Processing customer orders through the website, email and phone.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering suitable solutions.
* Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
* Follow up with customers after resolving their issues to ensure satisfaction.
* Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills.
Person Specification:
* Have an excellent work ethic.
* Be polite, honest and personable.
* Have fluent, confident and upbeat phone etiquette.
* Be familiar with using a PC and have great written English.
* Ideally have previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales roles.
Working Hours & Benefits:
* Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:30 and Friday 08:30 – 16:30
