The Senior Student Records Administrator post offers an exciting opportunity to become involved with a range of activities within the Student Records team. This role will support the annual lifecycle of the SITS data activity, providing administrative and clerical support to aid the smooth running of Student Records. Although expected to work flexibly across all Student Records activities, this role will have a focussed responsibility for supporting the range of non-traditional University programmes, such as those delivered entirely online, Degree Apprenticeship and flexible modular delivery (microcredential) programmes. In this role, you will support administrative activities associated with the maintenance of students' records, including the processing of changes to the program of study, awarding and completion of records, and conducting data quality checks. You should possess excellent IT, data analysis, and organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage and prioritise your workload effectively. Additionally, you should have experience in supporting large-scale databases and providing training to others on processes.
