A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of HR to join a growing hospitality business. This role will work closely with the founder and senior leadership team to shape and deliver the development and implementation of a strong people strategy that supports operational excellence, performance management, and career development.
The role:
* Develop and deliver a commercial people strategy aligned with business growth and operational performance
* Partner with senior leadership and operations to drive business performance through effective people management
* Ensure HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks are robust, commercially focused, and consistently applied across the business
* Lead and embed a performance management culture, ensuring clear accountability and measurable objectives
* Support operational teams in delivering consistent customer experience through strong people management practices
* Lead organisational change initiatives including business restructuring, growth projects and acquisitions where required
* Develop and implement efficient HR systems and processes to improve operational effectiveness and reduce risk
* Manage and develop high quality HR support
Experience:
* Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
* Highly driven with excellent leadership and communication skills
* Lead HR initiatives relating to organisational change and growth, including potential acquisitions
* Professional, discreet and trustworthy with strong integrity
* CIPD 5 qualification is essential
* TUPE experience desirable
