Employee Benefits Adviser

Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, flexible for London client meetings.
What You'll Do
* Advise corporate clients on pensions, life assurance, income protection, PMI, dental, and more.
* Lead benefit restructures and governance reviews.
* Build strong relationships with HR and Finance teams.
* Support flexible benefits platform rollouts.
* Deliver seminars and collaborate with benefit providers.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience advising corporate clients on the full spectrum of Employee Benefits.
* Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Bonus: Experience with flex platforms, Curo, or PaperCloud.
