The Role You’ll handle your own caseload of clinical negligence claims while assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value, and often sensitive matters for major healthcare clients, including NHS bodies. Key responsibilities include: Managing and progressing clinical negligence cases from instruction to resolution Delivering clear, strategic, and commercially sound legal advice Supervising junior fee-earners and delegating work effectively Providing secondment support to clients and contributing to training or business development initiatives Staying up to date with new legislation and healthcare law developments This is a great opportunity to develop your career in a nationally recognised team working on cases that genuinely impact lives.
