Service Advisor Position Available in Epsom, Surrey - Competitive Salary with Bonus Opportunities:
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Basic + £8,000 OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday
Are you an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor? We are looking for someone like you to join our clients industry leading team at a well-established car dealership based in Epsom, Surrey.
Role Overview:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, working closely with our Sales Department, workshop, and customers. Your responsibility will involve managing incoming service bookings, coordinating with Vehicle Technicians, and ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities working as a Service Advisor working with our cilent:
1. Managing customer vehicle Job Cards and service schedules
2. Collaborating with the Sales Department to prioritise work effectively
3. Interpreting customer concerns and conveying them to Car Technicians
4. Communicating with customers about any additional required work
5. Greeting customers and handling service bookings
6. Estimating repair times and costs
7. Managing customer complaints and queries
8. Monitoring vehicles through the workshop process

Requirements:
12. Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role within the motor trade is essential
