Electrical Support Engineer Location: UK-wide travel (site-based) Contract Type: Full-time Are you passionate about developing your electrical skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Electrical Support Engineer to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial electrical installations across the UK. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced electricians and project teams, supporting the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of projects, learning best practices while contributing to safe, efficient, and professional installations. Key Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of commercial electrical installation under the supervision of senior electricians. Support coordination between mechanical and electrical teams for routing, containment, and sealing work. Participate in site setup, cable routing, fixing, testing, and troubleshooting. Communicate clearly with team leads and project managers regarding progress and site challenges. Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement on every project. Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to professional growth. Requirements Previous experience as an electrical improver or support electrician. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Reliable, motivated, and able to follow instruction confidently. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away as required. Own transport and basic tools.
