We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid technical background and strong customer service skills to progress their career within the motor trade.
They will possess a proven track record in service advising, preferably with a prestige or franchise dealership experience, and be confident in managing customer relations and workshop operations.
Our Client is offering the successful Senior Service Advisor:
7. Up to £45,000 OTE
8. Monday to Friday working hours 8am - 5.30pm
9. NO Weekends
10. Profit sharing scheme with a percentage of the service department’s revenue from day one

Duties of the Senior Service Advisor:
13. Delivering exceptional customer service as a Senior Service Advisor
14. Managing customer bookings and vehicle repairs efficiently
15. Using the Titan system (similar to Kerridge) to complete detailed job records
16. Advising customers on vehicle repairs and service options
17. Promoting additional services to maximise workshop profitability
18. Working closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure smooth operations
19. Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and retention
20. Carrying out stock checks and helping with administrative duties when required
21. Supporting the team in a busy, small business environment
Requirements needed as the Senior Service Advisor:
22. Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor, ideally within the prestige or franchise sector
23. Strong technical background, ideally with technician or technical experience
24. Excellent customer service and communication skills
25. Stable employment history with at least four years in similar roles
26. Familiarity with Titan or Kerridge systems
27. Professional attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
28. Organised, reliable, and adaptable to varied working hours including Saturdays and occasional early finishes
29. Steady employment history and a proactive approach to career development
