We’re looking for a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a Full Time or part-time basis (20 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturdays). We’re happy to discuss how these hours can work best for you.

Role Accountabilities

* Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures
* Provide outstanding client care with clear updates
* Maintain professional excellence and regulatory compliance
* Prepare tailored treatment and care plans with clear cost estimates
* Engage, mentor and develop the team; share best practices within Medivet
* Complete clinical handover and arrange transfer for out-of-hours or enhanced care
* Support clinical practice improvements across practices
Your Skills And Experience
* RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
* Experienced in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients
* Team-focused with leadership abilities
* Experience implementing a progressive clinical culture
* Experience supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures with understanding of clinic performance
* Coaching and influencing skills to maximise team performance
