Kitchen Sales Designer - Llanelli, SA14 9RA (No experience needed!)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Kitchen Designer, you’ll bring creativity and a customer-first mindset to deliver kitchen designs for both Trade Customers and Homeowners. You’ll use CAD to create custom plans, maximise add-ons to drive sales, and manage your quote bank to meet targets. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships with customers. Training and development are provided if you’re new to the sector.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays).
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Designing for Traders and Homeowners: create bespoke kitchen designs that meet customer needs and exceed expectations using product knowledge and design skills.
* Building Lasting Relationships: develop strong, long-term connections with customers through excellent service and support.
* Working with Homeowners: produce accurate kitchen plans and quotes, understanding their project to design the “perfect” kitchen and keep Trade Customers updated.
* Creative Flair & CAD Expertise: use CAD to design kitchens that reflect the customer’s vision, asking the right questions to tailor solutions.
* Networking & Collaboration: build a customer base to meet targets and work with the external Sales Rep to satisfy requirements.
* On-Site Visits: visit homes or sites to create CAD designs and present them to clients.
* Safety First: follow safety policies to ensure everyone remains safe.
Who You Are
* No industry experience needed: transferable customer service skills and drive to exceed sales targets.
* Methodical & Tenacious: detail-oriented, organised, and results-driven with strong planning and execution.
* Excellent Communicator: able to connect with homeowners and tradespeople.
* Sales experience: basic salary with the opportunity to earn commission; success comes from delivering value and building relationships.
* Full valid driving licence.
