Responsibilities
- Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification.
- Work quickly to address breakdowns in lighting, heating, and power supply systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure tasks are logged and documented accurately using CAFM systems.
- Take on the responsibility for plant maintenance and reactive works to keep systems operational.
- Develop strong relationships with team members and clients for seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Qualified Electrician with at least 5 years of industry experience.
- 18th Edition certification and maintenance background.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in fault finding and diagnosis of electrical systems.
- Driving licence is beneficial.
