Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and charismatic Residential Sales Negotiator to join a tight knit, experienced team in Clifton. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the sales journey, building relationships, and helping deliver the companys renowned customer service.
Key Duties
Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the property sales process.
Conduct viewings and build genuine rapport with clients.
Negotiate offers and progress sales efficiently and professionally.
Use the companys market-leading CRM system to manage client interactions and maintain organised workflows.
Represent the brand with confidence and enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in residential property sales or a strong customer-facing background.
Excellent communication skills with strong emotional intelligence and commercial awareness.
Local knowledge of the Bristol property market, or a passion to develop this quickly.
Proactive, motivated, and creative approach to work.
A natural storyteller who can connect with people and deliver engaging client experiences.
Full UK driving licence.
Package & Benefits
Salary: £25,000 £30,000 OTE £35,000
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 2/3 hours 9am to 3pm.
