Meraki Talent is working with a boutique financial services firms, looking for a Team EA to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will be support a multiple Directors, as well as light tough to a wider team.
Team EA duties:

* Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives or a leadership team
\t
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and resolving conflicts
\t
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
\t
* Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for stakeholders on behalf of the team
\t
* Draft, edit, and format presentations, reports, and documents
\t
* Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating offboarding activities
\t
* Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and visa application
\t
* Accurate processing of heavy expenses
\t
* Organise team events, offsites, and leadership meetings
Person Specification:
\t
* Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
\t
* Must have worked in Financial Services for at least 2 years
\t
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
\t
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
\t
* Highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused
\t
* Calm under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude
