Job Description
* Manage and maintain customer accounts.
* Perform credit checks and set up new customer accounts.
* Chase overdue invoices and resolve financial disputes.
* Update customer details and account statuses.
* Report on aged debt and cash collection.
* Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues.
* Prepare month-end reports for management.
* Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
