About the Company Buckden Partners have been mandated to search for a Senior Associate on behalf of one of our long standing clients who operate in the PRS sector. The business is focused on acquiring and managing single family assets across the UK and is funded through a number of different PE funding schemes. About the Role As the business continues to grow we are looking for a Senior Associate to be part of the acquisitions team. The role will be very varied and will give the successful candidate exposure to a number of different elements of the business. Responsibilities Review pipeline of PRS sites to include all cashflow and financial appraisal work, including the preparation and presentation of Memos to internal Investment, and Credit Risk Committees; Lead on the negotiations of commercial terms for JV relationships and the structuring of framework agreement with PRS partners, as well as the execution of those transactions; Prepare marketing presentation materials for equity, and debt raising initiatives; Lead in the the set up of fund structure and preparation of fund documentation; Lead on managing the investment structures, once established; Responsibility for preparation of investor reports, and all internal reporting. Qualifications The successful candidate will have between 4-6 years experience within Real Estate either in debt or equity.
