The Edinburgh office welcome applications from Architects and Architectural Technologists with relevant UK experience in project delivery. We are seeking professionals with 10+ years’ experience and a strong track record across detailed design stages. Candidates will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and consultants primarily across the retail, banking, university, residential and commercial sectors.
Candidates should be self-motivated, confident working independently and as part of a team, and capable of coordinating and delivering project tasks.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in the technical delivery of architectural projects
* Strong working knowledge of current UK Planning Policies, Building Regulations & Other Standards
* Ability to prepare NBS specifications and compile Scope of Works
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD
* Proficiency with REVIT is desirable.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines
* Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
